Behavioural Support Practitioner Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader for Behavioural Support Practitioners, to join our team and lead by example.
About the Role:
The Team Leader will be responsible for conducting functional behaviour assessments across various environments, developing and implementing behaviour support plans in line with relevant guidelines, working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, providing training and capacity building to team members, monitoring and reviewing intervention effectiveness, preparing comprehensive documentation, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments across home, school, and community environments.Develop and implement behaviour support plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.Provide training, coaching, and capacity building to team members.Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.Prepare comprehensive, compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians.Benefits:

Requirements:
