About the opportunity: We have opportunities for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our teams due to ongoing growth. You will work with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and presentations in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to improve clients\' mental health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
  • Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
  • Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans

You will be supported by your clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, other practitioners and therapy assistants.

About You / Qualifications
  • NDIS Registered Practitioner who aligns with our values
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Assessed by the NDIS as Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
