Employment Support Specialist

As a specialist in employment support, your role will be to monitor and provide ongoing post placement assistance to individuals in employment, identify barriers to continued employment and employ a solution-focused approach to help the individual maintain employment and achieve milestones.
This role involves working with participants to sustain their employment through regular contact, submitting accurate information, identifying training needs, managing caseloads and adhering to contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining ongoing support to job seekers to sustain their employment
- Submitting timely and accurate claim evidence and information
- Identifying alternative or additional training and/or support based on individual needs
- Managing participant caseloads and adhering to all contractual requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and employ a solutions-focused approach.
Essential Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
- Criminal history check
- Working with Children Check
