Disability Employment Consultant Job Description

As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with job seekers to identify their skills and abilities, source employment opportunities, and deliver ongoing customer service to both job seekers and employers.

The role involves creating and implementing joint job plans with job seekers, building relationships with local employers and community organizations, and increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
