Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our national portfolio of assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fleet strategy implementation across sites
  • Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to end-of-life
  • Act as subject matter expert for fleet, MHE, and equipment requirements
  • Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers
  • Develop standards and policies for deployment
  • Integrate telematics and asset tools to enhance visibility
  • Champion sustainability and compliance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet management
  • Certification in project or asset management; forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
