Senior Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are a leading provider of support services, working with over 10,000 participants every year to help them achieve their goals and improve their health and wellbeing.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in the North Perth region. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, and mentoring junior clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services, and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
