Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of participants, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support everyday tasks.

You will work collaboratively with participants and their support teams, utilising a holistic and person-centred approach. Our experienced clinical OT supervisors will provide guidance and support throughout your graduate year.

The role involves meeting with a supervisor regularly to review progress and receive feedback, reviewing incoming referrals, and providing therapy to individuals and groups. You will also be responsible for creating resources for therapy and completing functional assessments, progress reports, and outcome reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with a supervisor on a regular basis to review current workload and progress
  • Review incoming referrals and operate within scope of practice
  • Provision of therapy to individuals and groups
  • Creation of resources for therapy and completion of functional assessments, progress reports, and outcome reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current or eligibility for registration with the appropriate governing body
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a clinical team
