Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their full potential by enabling them to participate in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment.
About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals, providing valuable insights into their needs and requirements.

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Deliver high-quality client records and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on client progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes, participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check and any other required certifications or clearances.
