Job Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and reporting of Private Credit Funds, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fund oversight models, financial accounting, and can document complex fund financial and accounting matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and manage liquidity requirements to ensure timely funding.
  • Oversee capital call and distribution processes, and quarterly NAV reporting packages and investor statements.
  • Produce comprehensive investor reporting packages, including portfolio details reports and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to facilitate deal funding processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the fund's external audit and regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates will possess relevant accounting qualifications and 5+ years' experience in financial services, with recent experience covering the responsibilities mentioned above.
