Job Summary

This role will support the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for Private Credit Funds, working closely with clients and finance teams in Australia.

The candidate will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers on operational BAUs, maintaining controls and procedures, fund accounting and client reporting.

  • Solid technical knowledge over fund oversight models, financial and fund accounting, ability to document and justify complex fund financial and operation matters.
  • Oversee daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities and expenses, and managing liquidity requirements.
  • Manage credit and leverage facility operations including drawdowns, repayments and covenant reporting.
  • Oversee quarterly net asset value (NAV) reporting packages and supporting schedules from third-party administrators.

Collaborating and building relations with fund administrators is essential to ensure smooth fund operations and timely client deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Produce investor reports including investment manager's reports, portfolio details reports and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Aid investment teams for deal funding processes to ensure timely funding.
  • Ensure fund budgets and expenses align with fund documents and expectations, and payments are approved and processed promptly.
  • Work with various parties for external audits.
  • Prepare investor reports for regulatory compliance.
