Financial Expert for Private Credit Fund Management

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and reporting for Private Credit Funds. This includes liaising with various internal stakeholders and service providers, maintaining controls and procedures, fund accounting, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities and fund expenses, and managing liquidity requirements.
  • Manage capital call and distribution processes, working schedules, and notices prepared by third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Ensure fund budget and expenses are in-line with fund document and expectations, and payments are approved and processed in a timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Client and Finance Operations team, collaborate with third-party fund administrators, and ensure smooth fund operations and timely client deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting qualification is required.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial services.
  • Recent and relevant experience covering responsibilities stated above.
  • Prior experience working on closed and open-end funds/Private Credit fund accounting/administration/audit.

We have recently transitioned to Aladdin for our in-house global reporting needs. You will review and resolve accounting exceptions sourced from Aladdin, work closely with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounting exceptions, and follow established processes and controls.
