Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in our Indooroopilly store.

The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

  • Lead and coach a team of up to 20 members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaise with the Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store.
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
