This is a Full-Time position, available to a talented OT or Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting adolescents to thrive in their daily lives. There is the option to have a specific adolescent caseload, or combine with early childhood supports. (Relocation allowance will be considered for those moving from another state)

Team Leader

As the Fannie Bay Team Lead, you will be responsible for the success of your own caseload as well as leading and mentoring a team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, delivering services across the NT.

Your purpose is to ensure exceptional outcomes for our young clients in a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your allied health experience you will be a proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Day to day overseeing of a leading and innovative team.
  • Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge through professional development with staff.
  • Ensure high level professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Partner with clients throughout their "Therapy Journey", our stepped-out pathway to exceptional outcomes.
  • Utilise the next generation of client management systems – no more clunky programs or handwritten notes
  • And much more to ensure a successful and rewarding team, clinic and clients.

About You

  • You are naturally driven and thrive on seeing others succeed.
  • Approachable and empathetic towards those we assist.
  • Love working with children and have extensive experience in early intervention in either private or public sectors.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience and are seeking the next step into a Team Leader role while drawing on your clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are enthusiastic, capable of engaging and building relationships.
  • Ready to take on this opportunity and grow as a leader in your field.
  • Hold academic qualifications together with professional registration (SPA / AHPRA).
  • Willingness to jump in and hit the ground running.
