
Fibre Infrastructure Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the coordination of project management functions for the delivery of customer services and deployment of the fibre network.
You will coordinate and manage between various internal and external teams to ensure effective relationships and ensure that each project runs smoothly and follows rules and procedures of all involved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules and communicate milestones to required stakeholders.
- Prioritise assigned tasks and milestones in order to deliver projects to meet specified dates in a cost-effective and quality manner.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders and customers throughout the project.
- Provide direction as appropriate to contractors on carrying out allocated tasks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications in a similar role.
- Exposure to managing projects.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Excellent written & oral communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
