Job Opportunity

As a Career Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to support and guide clients in achieving fulfilling employment outcomes. You will utilize your interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, assist them on their career journey, and help them overcome obstacles to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the referral and intake process of job seekers into tailored programs.
  • Assess client skills, abilities, and identify barriers and intervention strategies.
  • In consultation with our clients, develop and implement customized career preparation plans, job seeking strategies, targeted interventions (including other service providers), and employment support activities.
  • Facilitate sustainable employment opportunities through reverse marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational guidance, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to enhance employability.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to utilize computer systems with high accuracy and data management capabilities.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
  • Achieve key performance indicators by focusing on securing meaningful work for vulnerable individuals.
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or be willing to obtain one.
