Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's Aftersales team on a Temporary/Contract basis. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle repairs
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience as a Motor Trade Service Advisor
  • Franchised dealer experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with Kerridge or Pinnacle systems is beneficial
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent professional references
