As Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead our passionate team at Joondalup assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management, leading the team visual merchandising managing deliveries and stock. You will coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.

You will support the Store Manager to achieve sales growth manage controllable costs for the store and lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty. You will also support training of the team in customer service product knowledge and operational responsibilities, encouraging development with timely feedback and regular working hours.
