About the Junior Technician Role

Big Picture is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Technician to join our team. As a Junior Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the supply and quality of facilities on all our jobs are maintained to the highest possible standard.

The key function of this role is to assist in the daily coordination of warehouse activities, including logistics, preparation, delivery, and collection of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining good working knowledge of inventory and their maintenance schedules, as well as preparing, packing, and completing dispatch requirements for jobs.

Additionally, you will be involved in the testing of equipment according to regulations, managing the return of stock to the warehouse, and ensuring all gear is returned in a correct and operational order. You will also be responsible for picking up and delivering stock to and from customers where required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic knowledge of technical equipment and actively seek ways to further your knowledge alongside our Training Coordinator, Senior Technicians, and Warehouse Manager. You must also be able to work in a team environment and be flexible towards your hours of work.
