As a Senior Leadership Professional, you will drive the success of our Digital Applications, Quality & Testing, and Data & AI practices in Canberra.

This role involves leading technical excellence, growth, and client engagement. You will work closely with our Head of Practices Australia and practice directors to guide and nurture core technical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership: Collaborate with sales and account teams to design compelling solutions for clients, ensuring deep technical credibility.
  • People & Practice Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of practice leads and technical consultants, fostering innovation.
  • National Alignment & Collaboration: Work with National Practice Leads to implement national strategy, standards, and methodologies within the team.
  • Capability Development: Define strategic direction for your practice areas locally, ensuring offerings remain at the cutting edge.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive growth by contributing to the go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships.
  • Workforce Enhancement: Oversee workforce planning, utilisation, and recruitment to meet project pipeline and strategic goals.
