We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction process, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

About the Role

As a Sales Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare accurate cost estimates that meet our high standards. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of projects.

  • Preparation of detailed tenders across multiple job sites
  • CALCULATION OF FIXED SITE COSTS AND VARIATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
  • Review and validation of plans, documentation, and inclusions to ensure clear customer-friendly descriptions
  • Investigation of supplier, trade, and construction queries as needed
  • Delivery of timely and accurate post-contract variations and re-tenders
  • Collaboration with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines and standards

About You

You have experience in residential construction and sales estimating specifically. Your attention to detail and methodical approach enable you to interpret plans and specifications, apply standard building practices, and confidently cost up a new home down to the last detail.

Your strong understanding of construction terminology, inclusions, and pricing logic allows you to produce accurate tenders and variations that support both the sales process and our customers' decision-making.

You possess excellent communication skills and can balance accuracy with efficiency. Familiarity with industry estimating systems is a plus, and a Cert IV in Building and Construction or equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
