  • Insurance Management
    • Manage public liability insurance claims and liaise with operations teams, insurance claims handlers, and loss adjusters to ensure timely resolution.
    • Partner with operations teams to deliver loss prevention and risk mitigation activities.
    • Provide advice and guidance on insurance matters, including contract clauses and risk management.
  • Third-Party Contractor Management
    • Develop and manage the business's third-party contractor risk management framework, guidelines, and supporting processes.
    • Conduct pre-vetting risk and safety reviews of potential contractors as part of the vendor procurement process.
About You
  • You hold formal tertiary qualifications in Finance, Risk Management, or a relevant Business-related degree.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar-sized and structured organization.
  • You have a strong understanding of ISO 37301:2021 - Compliance management systems and how to establish and manage compliance frameworks.
  • You possess strong written communication skills and report writing experience, at executive and board level.
  • You have previous experience developing and delivering training programs to improve business knowledge, capability, and performance.
  • You have well-developed internal working relationships and can effectively manage key external relationships with brokers, insurers, and legal providers.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and confident working as a systems administrator.
  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • You have full-time permanent working rights for Australia.
