Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching clients on a weekly basis to ensure they achieve their personal and business goals.
  • Hold clients accountable and assist in providing solid coaching solutions using your practical business management experience.
  • Challenge and inspire clients to expand the boundaries of their vision, goals and achievements both in their businesses and lives.
  • Work with a team of coaches whilst maintaining a designated portfolio of clients.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Background in trades, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Business Leadership: Proven track record running your own successful business or excelling as a GM, COO, or CEO in small/medium business.
  • Management Skills: Hands-on experience with people management, systems, processes, and business operations.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong commercial acumen to interpret financial statements and drive bottom-line improvements.
  • Business Coaching: Previous coaching, consulting, or training experience is advantageous but not essential.
