  • Research complex problems and resolve issues to ensure reliable and available services.
  • Deliver third-level support and maintenance of the Departmental IT infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business drivers and contribute to client relationships by analyzing infrastructure environments and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to drive continuous improvement of ITS operations.
  • Participate in the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of whole-of-Government IT initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to junior engineers and support technicians in the effective use and support of technologies.
