Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Home Assessor to join our team. As a Home Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on damages to domestic insured properties, providing accurate Scopes of Works for rectification works, and supporting the claims team with technical advice and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of building damage to domestic insured properties, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with policy coverage.
- Develop and provide accurate Scopes of Works for rectification works, taking into account policy coverage and customer needs.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to the claims team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing quality building work and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Background in producing accurate scopes of works and technical reports.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reputable communication and conflict resolution skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Insurance experience preferred, but not essential.
