About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEE Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Navitas Skilled Futures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing high-quality language, literacy, and numeracy training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs in accordance with Navitas Skilled Futures guidelines and instructions, government contract requirements, and the Standards for RTOs 2015.
  • Assess students' language, literacy, and numeracy skills in a multicultural learning environment.
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources to support student learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and post-graduate qualification in TESOL or Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated teaching and assessment capability, with the ability to use technology in classroom delivery.
  • High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multicultural learning environment.
