Clinical Care Team Leader Role Overview

As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. Working closely with our Clinical Care Manager and Facility Manager, you will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements, empowering us to maintain the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

About the Role

  • Manage and coordinate all clinical services, aligning with Regis processes and policies
  • Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and lifestyle services
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
  • Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators as per the established schedule
  • Ensure resident health records and clinical documentation remain relevant and up-to-date
  • Adhere to and regularly monitor 'best practice' medication management guidelines

About You

  • You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognized equivalency and current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
  • Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, with clinical experience in aged care, is essential
  • You will possess a sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and be proficient in the use of AN-ACC
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in a wide range of IT applications
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and aged care standards is also required
