About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our spare parts business, you will be responsible for selling truck parts to our customers and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers
  • Handle all parts sales and enquiries efficiently
  • Process all orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
  • Promote and up sell products effectively
  • Assist in the warehouse when required
