Leadership Position:

The Assistant Principal – Administration role involves providing senior leadership support to the Principal in executing their duties.

This position requires collaboration with other members of the school's leadership team to develop, implement, and evaluate school goals.

As a highly effective community builder, the successful applicant will promote equity, excellence, and justice across the schools system, demonstrating leadership through engaging and contributing.

This position demands a strong commitment to education in the Catholic tradition, with postgraduate qualifications in Education and/or Religion.

A minimum of 5 years classroom experience is required, along with registration or eligibility to register with the Queensland College of Teachers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Active participation in and commitment to the sacramental life of the Church
  • Understanding and commitment to education in the Catholic tradition
  • Postgraduate (Master level) qualifications in Education and/or Religion
  • Proven leadership ability in religious and education leadership, administrative expertise, interpersonal relationships, knowledge of contemporary educational issues
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Pastoral Care of members of the school community
