Psychiatry Hospital Medical Officer Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced medical professional to contribute to the provision of an effective consultation liaison psychiatry service.

  • Contribute to providing psychiatric care and support for women inpatients or outpatients with mental health problems at our hospital.
  • Undertake opportunities for learning and growth in clinical and teaching aspects of women's mental health.

About You:

  • Be registered as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
  • Have at least 18 months experience working as a junior doctor in a public teaching hospital.
  • Having experience in emergency settings, such as the emergency department, would be an advantage.
