HOBAN Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established Federal Government agency to find talented individuals for APS4 Planner positions within the Home & Living Planning & Operations Branch.

In this role, you will contribute to key initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the agency's ability to effectively support participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from participants and planning partners to support high-quality planning and evidence-based decisions.
  • Apply relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation to make funding decisions that complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
  • Collaborate with participants and their representatives to identify current and future support needs and options.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver services.
  • Address issues and complaints related to participant plans.
  • Manage administrative tasks and data entry for participant records.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.

About You

  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple participant records efficiently.

What We Offer

  • Contract Duration: Initial 12-month with potential to extend.
  • Hourly Rate: $43.82 PLUS Super.
  • Location: Richmond, Vic.
  • Hybrid - 2 WFH Days 3 In Office Days.
