Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to fill a Technical Application Specialist position. This is a permanent role that offers excellent career longevity and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in supporting complex applications, with a focus on data migration, upgrade, customization, support, and integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to users of complex applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve application performance
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the application and user experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in VBScript, Macros, SQL, and application customization
  • Experience in supporting complex applications and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
