About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including timecard management, recruitment activities, and site-based HR functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Timecard management and payroll processing
  • Coordination of recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and appointments
  • Site-based HR functions, including employee query resolution and HR administration

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
