Seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join a corporate catering team in Sydney’s CBD. This role involves working closely with the Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations, delivering fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events throughout the week.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings. They should possess strong skills in supporting daily operations, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation. Additionally, they should be able to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Assisting with menu planning and preparation
  • Mentoring and motivating kitchen staff
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and stock management practices are followed

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
