Investor Services and Operations Administrator

The Investor Services and Operations Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless and compliant experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and process investor documentation to support new client onboarding.
  • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

Client Relationship Support:

  • Act as a primary contact for clients throughout the investment process.
  • Provide prompt and professional communications via phone, email, or meetings.

CRM & Systems Management:

  • Maintain accurate and complete records using CRM and document management platforms.
  • Assist in refining administrative processes and client workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Administrative Support:

  • Support credit analysts and senior staff by preparing, organizing, and managing documentation and reporting.
  • Provide general office support, including data entry and preparation of loan documents.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance checklists are completed and stored appropriately.
  • Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Data Entry & File Management:

  • Accurately input data and assist with electronic and hard copy document management.
