Retail Property Acquisitions Specialist

A Leasing Broker is required to identify and build relationships with prospective tenants and landlords in the market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients. They must also establish and maintain a high presence in the market.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions, and staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be a team player, have integrity, drive and initiative, and be adaptable.
