We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional looking to advance their career in the public sector.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking statutory property acquisition programs, ensuring that property activities are consistent with legislative requirements, and reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal instruments relevant to property. They will also be required to demonstrate high-level understanding of relevant legislative provisions relative to property and have excellent verbal and written reporting skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Property and/or Property Valuation, such as Land Economy, Conveyancing, Diploma or equivalent. You will also require registered or licensed status under relevant legislation, demonstrated experience in negotiating complex and sensitive property acquisitions, hardship claims and disposals, and a high level understanding of property agreements and relevant legislation.
