Job Summary

This role oversees the daily operation of activity groups and aged wellness centres, adhering to government requirements, service standards, aims, and objectives.

Main responsibilities include supervising volunteers, supporting aged clients, preparing client records, facilitating referrals, communicating with stakeholders, and promoting services.

Critical skills and qualifications include being proactive, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being computer literate, and being able to work effectively as a team and independently.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, along with relevant knowledge and experience in community services.

Bonus desirable qualifications include tertiary education and relevant field experience.
