Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, manage account openings, and maintain client portfolios.
- Ensure timely settlement of obligations and coordinate with the Operations team for cash and stock transfers.
- Assist clients with routine problems, research errors, and initiate corrections with approval.
- Prepare information for Investment Advisers prior to meetings and follow up with updates.
- Liaise with clients, Advisers, and internal departments to ensure proactive client management.
- Handle correspondence, maintain client files, and manage reports on Investment Adviser service delivery.
- Assist with investment proposals, new pitch documents, and review documents as required.
About You
We're looking for a degree-qualified professional with a strong ability to use technology, particularly spreadsheets. Excellent interpersonal and client skills are essential, as is attention to detail and a logical approach to process improvement.
An understanding of investment/financial planning concepts, superannuation, and taxation regulation is an advantage. If you're a self-starter, passionate about your work, and comfortable using technology, we'd love to hear from you.
