About the Role:
We are seeking a senior data insights professional to lead our team in developing analysis and reports that drive business growth and client satisfaction. This role involves consulting with clients directly throughout the data collection and report development cycle and leading best practice roundtables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver analysis supporting our activities for ANZ clients and generate actionable insights.
- Lead and monitor development of client reports including university executive briefings, regional reviews, best practice roundtables, and steering committees.
- Develop and facilitate client presentations, workshops, and events that showcase our expertise and deliver results.
- Cultivate and develop team members to enhance performance excellence, identify team goals, and track progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong quantitative analysis capability and experience working with data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven relationship builder with experience developing teams and contributing to client development opportunities.
