Forensic Data Insights Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Data Insights Leader to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a Forensic Data Insights Leader, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients identify and remediate breaches against employer agreements.

You will work with a diverse team of data analysts and subject matter specialists to uncover discrepancies, support ethical business practices, and uphold the rights of workers across Australia.
- Leading the technical design and development of analysis models (SQL or Excel) to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
- Collaborating with clients to identify root causes of wage compliance issues and establishing plans for remediation.
- Conducting testing and providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Documenting results and preparing working papers and reports to support analysis.
- Supporting proposal development and other business development activities.
You will have a strong background in data analysis, experience in payroll and time & attendance data, and a proven track record of leading small teams of data analysts. Excellent project management skills, ability to translate complex business and legal requirements into technical specifications, and strong understanding of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models are essential.
