About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a strategic and hands-on analytics professional to join our Trade business on a fixed-term contract.

In this dynamic position, you will lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights and help transform data into a powerful strategic asset.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Stores, and wider Trade functions to enable smarter data-driven decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership and technical expertise.

You will shape and execute the analytics roadmap, champion data literacy, and drive self-service capabilities across the business.

With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting the growth and success of our Trade business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Define and deliver the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Trade Analytics Manager.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance standards are consistently applied.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to understand needs and deliver meaningful insights.
