Accounts Receivable Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage a team of accounts receivable officers, communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates, and ensure customers are invoiced promptly and accurately.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably with a certified public accountant qualification
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning systems

Responsibilities include managing collection activities, negotiating with past-due accounts, referring accounts to collection agencies, and sending follow-up communications. Additionally, the role involves ensuring all intercompany invoices are recorded, statement reconciliations completed on a monthly basis, and disputed or unpaid charges are investigated and resolved promptly.
