We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist. This is a critical role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills to manage and support complex infrastructure systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting Citrix and End User Compute (EUC) environments, including implementing, managing, and troubleshooting these platforms. They will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentoring to other team members.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of cloud concepts and technologies, particularly Azure, and experience with project-based work. They will also have the ability to contribute effectively to collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership in the support and administration of Citrix and EUC environments.
  • Continuously improve the security and system management of these environments and the software used to run and maintain them.
  • Manage and troubleshoot performance, application delivery, and end-user issues across EUC platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical experience and knowledge in supporting business systems within large organizations.
  • Solid background in implementing, supporting, and managing Citrix Applications and Desktops (CVAD) and EUC environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Citrix NetScaler's and Profile Manager.
  • Proven ability to implement, support, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Server 2016/2019/2022 platforms.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with a strong capability to resolve Citrix and EUC issues.
  • Experience with managing and deployment of policy/OS via Intune and SCCM.
  • Good understanding of cloud concepts and technologies, particularly Azure.
  • Experience in project-based work and the ability to contribute effectively to collaborative environments.
