Job Description

  • The role of a Senior Infrastructure Specialist involves overseeing the management, maintenance, and support of an enterprise environment to ensure seamless service availability.
  • Key responsibilities include managing and proactively maintaining systems and services managed by the infrastructure team.
  • Additionally, the specialist will provide technical expertise for core infrastructure including cloud platforms, virtualization environments, patching, security systems, backup, and SAN storage solutions.
  • They will also coordinate and prioritize infrastructure activities and support requests.
  • Deliver weekly system reports to the infrastructure manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, and migrations (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments supporting core systems (e.g., M365, Azure AD, SCCM/InTune, Active Directory, AVD, Windows Server 2016-2022 OS).
  • Proficient in time and priority management, investigative skills to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users.
