Enterprise Infrastructure Manager

About this Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and support of an enterprise environment to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the proactive maintenance of systems and services managed by the infrastructure team
- Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to deliver infrastructure designs and specifications in line with established processes
- Provide technical expertise on core infrastructure, including cloud management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other relevant areas
- Mentor junior team members and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
- Deliver regular system reports to senior management and adhere to ITIL based ITSM practices
- Liaise with internal staff to ensure high satisfaction of services are met
- Contribute to the development of corporate knowledge base articles
- Participate in a rostered on-call program to support business-as-usual and project activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, and migrations (Azure, GCP, AWS etc.)
- 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments, supporting core systems (M365, Azure AD, SCCM/InTune, Active Directory, AVD, Windows Server OS)
- Strong time and priority management skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex problems
