Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mining Engineering Leader to drive our mining operations in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Oversee gas production drilling and processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective gas pumping strategies.
  • Supervise and monitor gas production requirements for all operations.
  • Manage changes in business management systems and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  • Substantial industry experience in mining engineering environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing technical risks and coaching engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality-controlled environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant employment experience in Mongolia.
  • Working knowledge of the Mongolian mining industry.
