Job Description


Deutsche Group Services Pty Limited is seeking an experienced professional to support the Head of Investment Banking Coverage Australia and Business Manager in our Sydney office.


About the Role



  • Provide exceptional support to senior executives, ensuring effective use of their time and efficient management of their workload.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, liaise with assistants, and book meeting rooms as needed.
  • Reconcile monthly expenses in Concur, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate events, including client dinners and team building activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and binding.

About You



  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or teams in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
