About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building and Pest Inspector to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled building and pest inspections, identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues, and providing detailed reports with practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out thorough and accurate building and pest inspections
- Identify and document defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues
- Provide comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong background in building and pest inspection, including relevant qualifications and experience
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Physical capability to inspect sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs
