We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our team at Firelight Technologies, a leading developer of audio engines and game integrations. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to game developers in China, leveraging your Mandarin language skills and expertise in C++ and C#.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers in China, utilizing your Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve complex technical issues and improve our audio engine and game integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
  • Participate in the development of new features and enhancements to our audio engine and game integrations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Mandarin language skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language with ease.
  • Strong knowledge of C++ and C#, with experience in game development and audio engineering.
  • Experience with Unity and/or Unreal Engine, with a solid understanding of game development pipelines and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
