We are seeking a skilled programmer to join our team at Tsumea, a leading technology company, to provide technical support to game developers in China natively.

In this role, you will be part of our frontline support team, where you will be mentored through our tech stack while helping our customers make the most of our adaptive audio engine FMOD Studio and its game engine integrations.

With a focus on popular game engines, user experience, and workflows, you will be required to provide technical support to game developers in China natively.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to game developers in China natively.
  2. Work independently, learn, adapt, and be self-motivated.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of our adaptive audio engine FMOD Studio and its game engine integrations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate level knowledge of C++ and C#.
  2. Unity and/or Unreal Engine experience.
  3. Ability to read/write/speak Mandarin fluently.
  4. Professional writing and communication skills.
  5. Confidence meeting with and presenting to customers in a sales support role.
  6. Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Game Development or equivalent.
  2. Experience with audio tools or middleware.
  3. Interest in audio.
